The Settlement 2021 Pinot Noir bursts onto the palate with bright red fruits framed by a hint of exotic spice delivered by the Burgundy sourced barrels that it was matured in. A lively and dense purple colour at this stage, suggests both youthfulness and age-ability which are the products of soil, growing season, careful vine husbandry and selection of fruit in both the vineyard and winery. Massively varietal with red cherry, raspberry and floral notes on top of youthful tannins that give the palate enjoyable vigor.
