Pale gold in the glass with initial aromas of lime, mandarin, peach and aromatic lily with a subtle herbal undercurrent reminiscent of aniseed. Complex and very youthful. An energetic and extremely youthful palate that shows delicate acidity balanced by an intriguing grip on the finish. Great drinking upon release but will reward those who leave it under the stairs for several years.
